Responsibility is not accepted for losses, injury, damages or expenses of any kind due to sickness, weather, strikes, hostilities, wars, terrorist acts, acts of nature, local laws or other such causes. All services and accommodations are subject to the laws and regulations of the country in which they are provided. The Company is not responsible for any baggage or personal effects of any individual participating in the tours / trips arranged by The Company. Individual travelers are responsible for purchasing a travel insurance policy, if desired, that will cover some of the expenses associated with the any personal loss or of luggage or personal effects.

Purchasers of The Company's services understand and assume the inherent risks associated with the activities listed in our service offerings, including alcohol consumption.

There is no charge for transport.

It is highly recommended that all purchasers of any of The Company's services purchase their own travel insurance.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
We understand that your vacation plans may change and that unexpected situations arise. If you are unable to attend a booked tour please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to try and find an alternative date. Our refund policy is outlined below:
Deposit : Deposits paid on reservation are non-refundable.
Half Refund:
Half refunds are given when cancellations are made at least 1 week (7 days) prior to the tour date. 
No Refund:   
We are unable to give refunds for tours that are cancelled less than 1 week (7 days) prior to the tour date.
